Short version: Zeroed collects no data. Everything you enter stays on your device.
What we collect
Nothing. Zeroed has no account, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting and no tracking of any kind. We do not use third-party SDKs that collect data.
What stays on your device
Your rifle, load and scope profiles, settings and DOPE data are saved in the app’s private storage on your device. We cannot see them.
If you export a backup file, it goes where you choose (for example Files, iCloud Drive or Google Drive). Those services handle the file under their own privacy policies. We never receive it.
When you share a DOPE card, your phone’s share sheet sends it where you choose. We never receive it.
Network
The app makes no network requests of its own. The only exception is purchases: buying or restoring Pro is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their privacy policies. We do not receive your payment details. The app only receives the purchase status from the store and saves it on your device to unlock Pro.
Permissions
No camera, no location, no contacts, no microphone. The pressure sensor (barometer) is read on your device, only when you use it, and the value never leaves it. On Android this needs no permission. On iPhone, iOS asks once for Motion & Fitness access, because Apple groups the barometer under that permission; Zeroed only reads air pressure. For Coriolis you type latitude and direction yourself.
If you email us (support or the launch waitlist), we receive your email address and message. We use them only to answer you or send your launch code. We do not share them or add you to a newsletter. Ask us at any time and we delete them.
This website
This site has no cookies, no analytics and no scripts. It is hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may log technical data such as IP addresses for security, as described in the GitHub Privacy Statement.
Children
Zeroed is made for adults who shoot or hunt. It is not directed at children. We do not collect data from anyone.
Your rights
Because we hold no app data about you, there is nothing to access, correct or delete on our side. For emails you sent us, contact us and we will delete them. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
