What it counts
- Schengen 90/180, with the Commission’s planning method and checks for C visas (validity, days on the sticker, entries).
- US Substantial Presence Test with the 1, 1/3, 1/6 weights, kept exact, and a Form 8840 reminder.
- US state 183-day tests: New York, Massachusetts, Minnesota and the California 9-month presumption.
- UK Statutory Residence Test: the midnight rule, automatic tests, ties and the 60-day exceptional cap.
- Canada: the 183-day sojourning rule and Ontario’s 153 days for OHIP. Other provinces can be set up as your own rule.
- Spain, Portugal, Italy, Türkiye day tests, the Dutch 8-month BRP rule, and your own rule for anything else.
